Rethinking Life-science's talent search

With the ever changing evolution of the gig economy, many industries have had to adjust to meet the demands of the market to continue to ensure that they were still hiring top talents, that goes for industries like Pharma and Biotech. As outlined in this Pharma Exec article published this year, Pharma has been considered the employer of choice for a long time, an industry where many employees would jumpstart their careers as they sought the opportunity to grow within a company or move comfortably to another industry employer.

Introducing Clora's Employer Referral Program

We’re excited to announce the launch of Clora’s employer referral program.

We're grateful for all of our current customers word-of-mouth support that has led to our strong growth over the last couple years. Now, we’d like to give back to you, our forward-thinking, early adopters! With this program, you can refer current and past colleagues to the Clora platform and earn $500 for when we successfully match their first project.

Clora’s mission is to drive R&D efficiency and accelerate development by providing rapid, reliable access to difficult-to-find expertise. Our platform, with the application of software, dynamically matches technical needs at life science companies with a growing and diverse pool of thousands of vetted consultants.

With your help and support, we’d love to continue spreading our vision to everyone within the life-science industry so that we can help reduce the time and friction it takes for employers to find qualified high-fit consultants.

Within the Clora platform, you’ll be able to keep track of each of your referrals via a unique referral link. Upon a successful match, we’ll send you $500 in the form of an Amazon gift card, a Clora credit for future work, or a donation to a charity of your choice. In return, when your referral is matched on their first project, we’ll award them with a $500 credit towards their account.

Here’s how to make a referral directly from your Clora account:

  • Simply log into your Clora account.
  • Click on the referral program link at the top of the page.
  • From there, click on the Refer Now button to share your unique link.
  • You can either type the email addresses you wish to invite in the email box or you can share it directly across your social media networks.

When you refer a past or current colleague to Clora, we’ll help match them with an experienced and vetted independent consultant for their project needs within 7-14 business days. However, as an existing hiring manager, you can earn a referral award when you refer other hiring managers within your organization who are new to Clora.

** Please note, this referral program is only applicable to referrals who are not active current employers with Clora.

We look forward to welcoming and meeting your colleagues on the Clora platform and helping them find the right consultant for their project needs.
