Rethinking Life-science's talent search

With the ever changing evolution of the gig economy, many industries have had to adjust to meet the demands of the market to continue to ensure that they were still hiring top talents, that goes for industries like Pharma and Biotech. As outlined in this Pharma Exec article published this year, Pharma has been considered the employer of choice for a long time, an industry where many employees would jumpstart their careers as they sought the opportunity to grow within a company or move comfortably to another industry employer.

Product Update: Introducing Project and Proposal Feedback in Clora

Here at Clora, we believe that everything is better when worked on as a team. Especially when it comes to publishing a project or hiring the right consultant. That’s why we’re excited to release our latest sets of features, Project and Proposal Feedback.

Resolving-Feedback

Employers on the Clora platform have the ability to post and publish projects for a job they're looking to fill in hopes of finding qualified consultants in our marketplace matching the expertise of that project.

With Project and Proposal Feedback, you're now able to gather feedback from your colleagues and make changes based on their recommendation. It makes it easier for everyone on your team to be on the same page about the nature of the project and the consultants you’d like to hire.

How it works:

Project Feedback

Project feedback allows for you to invite your colleagues on to Clora to take a look at your project in full before publishing, there, they’ll be able to leave comments and provide you with the necessary feedback before setting the project live.

Leaving-comment

All feedbacks are made visible to everyone on the team you’ve invited to collaborate on your project. Once you’ve taken action on the feedback, you could easily mark it as resolved.

Now that you’ve made all of the necessary changes based on the recommendations from your fellow colleagues, you're now free to publish your project. Please note that once a project has been published, colleagues will no longer be able to add feedback.

Proposal Feedback -

You did it, you’ve published your project and its now live in the Clora marketplace with proposal submissions from consultants pouring in. Before making any decisions on those proposals, invite your colleagues to provide feedback on each proposal before deciding on the ones you’d like to move forward with.

Inviting-colleagues

Feedbacks from your colleagues can be provided via a simple thumbs up or down and adding more detailed comments.

Leaving-Feedback

All feedbacks are kept private between you and your invited colleagues and will not be made available to your consultants.

As you continue to create new exciting projects and connect with amazing consultants, be sure to invite your colleagues as part of the process and hire the best talent together as a team.
